Nazarbayev proposes to elaborate specialized programs for development of Afghanistan's agriculture to stop drug-business in this country

ALMATY OBLAST. July 17. KAZINFORM /Rassul Bakhamov/ Development and implementation of specialized programs in the country's agricultural sector could become one more effective tool in fight with drug-production in Afghanistan, Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev said today.
At the OSCE Foreign Ministers informal meeting N. Nazarbayev spoke also on the Afghan problem and said that fight with drug-business in Afghanistan remained one of the major concerns of the global community.
In this view, the Kazakh President noted that this issue must be seriously discussed at the forthcoming OSCE top-level summit.
