Nazarbayev meets with Kyrgyz and Azerbaijani presidents in Istanbul

ISTANBUL. September 16. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ President Nursultan Nazarbayev has met with Kyrgyz President for transition period Roza Otunbayeva and Azerbaijani Head of State Ilham Aliyev.
The 10th Summit of Turkic speaking states will be held in the Çırağan Palace today. it is expected that within the Summit there will be discussed the issues connected with implementation of the Nakhichevan Agreement on creation of the Council of Cooperation of Turkic-speaking countries.
Nursultan Nazarbayev (Kazakhstan), Ilham Aliyev (Azerbaijan), Abdullah Gül (Turkey), Roza Otunbayeva (Kyrgyzstan), Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow (Turkmenistan) will take part in the summit. Following the results of the Summit there will be adopted a declaration.
