Nazarbayev invites Dutch companies to participate in Kazakh economy development

ASTANA. August 28. KAZINFORM Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has received credentials from Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Netherlands to Kazakhstan Peter van Leeuwen.
"The Netherlands is one of the main partners of Kazakhstan in Europe. I would like to mention the developing relations between the two countries in the field of investment and trade. Direct investment in the economy of Kazakhstan over the years of independence amounted to USD 40 billion. The turnover amounted to USD 7 billion," the Head of State noted during the ceremony of presentation of credentials.
"We invite the Dutch companies to participate in the development of the economy of Kazakhstan," Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
As reported earlier, today the Kazakh President received credentials from ambassadors of seven foreign countries: Austria, Georgia, Spain, Vietnam, Romania, Turkey and the Netherlands.
