Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools teachers promote teaching methods

The seminar brought together 40 teachers from secondary schools of Kazakhstan and 18 members of the Altynsarin National Education Academy staff. The integrated educational programme of the Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools was elaborated jointly with the Cambridge International Examinations. Development of the curricula for the primary, middle and high schools was completed last year. The integrated programme was introduced in the 1st, 7th, 8th, 11th and 12th grades. The programme's key goal is to teach children independent learning skills, critical thinking, personal enhancement, to teach them express themselves, work in a team, to adapt to changes, be creative and able to innovations.
