Nazarbayev instructed to create legal barriers for shadow economy growth

ASTANA. September 3. KAZINFORM Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev, speakilng at the joint session of the Parliament gave instructions to the Government and the Parliament on formation of the legal barriers for the shadow economy growth and attempt to output and misuse of public finds.
According to Nursultan Nazarbayev, Kazakhstan's financial discipline should be strengthen. For example, in 2011 the total amount of money spent with violations was USD 300 billion. So, 6 political and more than 30 administrative employees were brought to the charges.
Besides, the Kazakh President instructed to enhance monitoring of the country's foreign debt.
