Nazarbayev inks amendments on guaranteed transfer from the National Fund

President Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan " On guaranteed transfer from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2014-2016", aimed at clarifying the annual size of the guaranteed transfer in 2014. Approved in 2014, the size of the guaranteed transfer from the National Fund will increase by KZT 100 billion and reach KZT 1 trillion 480 billion. The Law has being amended in connection with the adjustment of tenge rate made by the National Bank of Kazakhstan on February 11 the current year. In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of April 2, 2010 the guaranteed transfer to the national budget is fixed in absolute terms at the level of USD 8 billion.
