Nazarbayev got familiarized with quality of Astana roads under construction

ASTANA. July 5. KAZINFORM Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev got familiarized with the quality of the roadway of a small ring road and a new section of Orynbor street, which are under construction.
The central main line of the city - the Orynbor Street will connect the administrative center of the Left Bank and the International Airport of Astana and will be the main route for guests, including foreign government delegations to drive from the airport to the city center.
The total length of the small ring road is 28 km. 13 kilometers have already been built. Its capacity will be more than 90 thousand vehicles per day. Completion of the construction in 2014 will relieve the city center at least by 20 thousand vehicles per day. The project of the small ring road also includes 18 interchanges, overpasses and bridges.
