Nazarbayev congratulates Egypt's new president-elect

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has sent a telegram of congratulations to Abdel Fattah al-Sisi on his victory in the presidential elections in Egypt, the Akorda press service reports.
Nazarbayev expressed confidence that President al-Sisi will ensure political stability and sustainable socioeconomic development in Egypt. The President also said ‘Kazakhstan considers the Arab Republic of Egypt an important partner in the Islamic world and emphasized its interest in further deepening of bilateral cooperation between the two countries and closer cooperation within multilateral structures.' Nursultan Nazarbayev wished Abdel Fattah al-Sisi good health and great success in his work, and to fraternal people of Egypt - stability and prosperity.
