Nazarbayev congratulates Dilma Rousseff on her re-election as Brazilian President

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev sent a congratulatory telegram to Dilma Rousseff on her re-election as the President of Brazil, the Akorda press service said.
"I'm confident that mutual beneficial cooperation based on friendship between Kazakhstan and Brazil will develop further to the benefit of two nations," the telegram reads. The Kazakh Leader wished Dilma Rousseff good health and success and the friendly people of Brazil peace and prosperity.
