Nazarbayev attends presentation of administrative center project in Shymkent

In the city, the Head of State visited the Turkestan Congress Hall. According to local authorities, the new congress hall worth 1,56 billion tenge is modernly equipped. At the congress hall the Kazakh President attended the presentation of projects of new facilities, residential compounds and a museum that will be built in Shymkent soon. "82,1 billion tenge, including 18,6 billion tenge of public and 64 billion tenge of private investments, will be channeled into construction of the new administrative center," said governor of the region Askar Myrzakhmetov at the presentation.

President Nazarbayev will also attend the newly-constructed Kazakh Drama Theater and unveil Rixos Hotel in Shymkent.
