Nazarbayev and Poroshenko had bilateral talks in Minsk

"I think it is necessary to help the whole country. Kazakhstan is ready to render humanitarian aid to the southeast of Ukraine. We are ready to give support," Nursultan Nazarbayev said expressing hope for peaceful settlement of the conflict. According to him, if situation is heating up further it may trigger off the great global clashes. "Our position, my own position is to find out some common point to bring the war to an end and start rebuilding peace," the President said.
