Nazarbayev a guarantee for proper presentation of Kazakhstan in int'l community - J.Chichek, Head of Turkish Supreme National Assembly
During the meeting they discussed issue of inter-parliamentary relations between the two republics as an important component of sustainable development and deepening of bilateral cooperation especially in the framework of Turkish integration.
"It is impossible to overestimate the international dimension and the convergence of Turkic-speaking countries in the framework of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic Speaking States (TURKPA), created under the initiative of Nursultan Nazarbayev. The interaction between the Parliaments of the two countries, with the active support of the fraternal Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan, is making an invaluable contribution to the rapprochement of nations and peoples", said J.Chichek.
Referring to the IV Turk PA meeting which will be held in Ankara on 10-11 June 2013, the Turkish speaker expressed confidence that it would give a new impetus to the development of Turkish integration. "The planned activities within TurkPA and an official visit of N.Nigmatulin, the Chairman of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan, to Turkey will be carried out at a high level", said the Head of the Turkish Supreme National Assembly.
"I will be happy to meet in Turkish land my colleague and brother - N.Nigmatulin, the Chairman of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan. My visit to Kazakhstan in September 2012 was conducted at the highest level. I would like to thank the Kazakh side and to assure that the return visit of N.Nigmatulin will be carried out at the same level", said J.Chichek.
In turn the Ambassador Zhanseit Tuimebayev noted the ongoing development of the dialogue between the Parliamentarians of the two countries. Since the beginning of this year Turkey was visited by Deputy groups and individual members of Parliament of Kazakhstan with working visits and in purpose of participation in various international events.
Zhanseit Tuimebayev also briefed on major political, social and economic reforms in Kazakhstan, foreign policy initiatives of Nursultan Nazarbayev and main provisions of the President's Address.
J.Chichek appreciated the high level of political and economic development of Kazakhstan, the main components of which are stability and harmony in the society, noting the prominent the role of Nursultan Nazarbayev, the Kazakh President.
At the end, the Kazakh Ambassador handed J.Chichek five-volume edition of selected works by the President of Kazakhstan, books about Nursultan Nazarbayev and the 20th anniversary of the bilateral cooperation between Kazakhstan and Turkey in the Turkish language.
