NATO’s new leader may visit Russia before end of 2009

MOSCOW. June 29. KAZINFORM A new NATO secretary general may visit Russia before the end of 2009, Russian permanent representative at NATO Dmitry Rogozin told reporters on Monday; Kazinform cites Itar-Tass.
"It is quite possible to expect a visit of new NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen in Russia before the end of this year," Rogozin said at the Moscow-Brussels videoconference on Monday. "At our upcoming meeting on August 11 he can and should announce the prospects for his visit in Russia," Rogozin said; Kazinform refers to Itar-Tass.
