National Delphic games to be held in 16 nominations

Nominations include the following art forms: “Photography”, “Folk instruments”, “Folk art craftworks and crafts”, “Folk singing”, “Bayan/Accordion”, “Pictorial art”, “Piano”, “Academic singing”, “Violin”, “Television journalism”, “Saxophone”, “DJ”, “Variety singing”, “Contemporary dance”, “Web design” and “Folk dance”.

“Today we’re holding several directions in target work with the youth: rural youth, working youth, student youth and telented youth, of course. They all have equal access to our infrastructures. Delphic games, which help to find the most talented young people, are one of the directions to support talented youth today”, - Gabidulla Ospankulov, chairman of the committee for youth affairs of the Ministry of science and education of Kazakhstan, said at the press conference.

Almaty will host the Republican tour of Delphic games, where the winners of regional games will take part. In total, National Delphic games will involve more than 500 young talented people. “Applications from regions will be collected till November 7; we’ve determined 16 nominations for our participants to compete in. We’d like to note that as of today National Delphic games are a visiting card, for they’ve been held in our country for 9 years to support, develop and see improvement of our young talented people”, - noted executive director of the corporate fund “National Delphic Committee” Sazhida Saitbaeva.
