RIS. September 19. KAZINFORM President of France Nicolas Sarkozy congratulated President Nursultan Nazarbayev on Kazakhstan's chairmanship of the OIC Foreign Ministers' Council.
The Heads of State highlighted the importance of cooperation between the OIC, EU and OSCE in the areas of mutual interest, the Kazakh MFA reports.
