N. Nazarbayev visited Kamaz Engineering JSC in Akmola region

During the visit, the Head of State familiarized with the work of the company and met with the people working there.

"As long as Akmola region is the region where the capital city of the country is located, I began my trip with a visit to your region. Agriculture and production are well developed in the region. Presently, Kazakhstan is a global leader in terms of grain production. Such big companies as "Kamaz Engineering" JSC, "Altyntau-Kokshetau" LLP and "Rodina LLP are operating in the region. We need to develop small and medium-sized business in the region based on these companies," N. Nazarbayev said.

It is should be noted that "Kamaz Engineering" JSC is one of the first Kazakh-Russian companies. The first truck made at the plant left the walls of the plant 10 years ago in 2005. The plant's capacity is 1500 trucks a year.
