N. Nazarbayev took part in opening of villa community of 'BI Village' in Astana

ASTANA. June 27. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev took part in the opening of the villa community of 'BI Village' on the left bank of the River Ishim in Astana.

Having got familiarized with the territory the Head of State noted, 'The architecture should be the same. The sameness implies order. Even streets, colors and style should be alike. A garden has to be around the house, a garage and communications. In future we will develop it.'

According to Director General of 'BI-Group' Aydin Rakhimbaev the villa community will have nine cottage villages in the future. The first of them is opened today. All of the houses are sold. The price is 1150-1350 US dollars per square meter. The first village has 94 cottages.

The community is also expected to have a kindergarten, a school and a health care facility.

The cost of the first community reached KZT 3.5 billion. In total, KZT 60 billion is planned to be invested into the project.
