ASTANA. February 3. KAZINFORM Former Secretary General of the Council of Europe Walter Schwimmer has made an official statement for the Kazakhstan Embassy in Austria.
"President N. Nazarbayev showed himself as a real politician and a wise leader of his nation. In such uneasy political situation, as he noted himself, he has taught a lesson of democracy and has "laid the path to Europe. N. Nazarbayev has given an excellent example of democratic leadership", Walter Schwimmer said.
