N. Nazarbayev proposes to develop Road Map program on transition to new world currency

ASTANA. May 3. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ 'I propose to develop a Road Map program on transition to new world currency,' President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev made it public at the 4th Astana Economic Forum 'New Decade: Challenges and Prospects' in Astana.
'Adoption of a new world reserve currency will allow building a transparent and clear global currency financial system. The countries' reserves will be more stable. In whole, it will let ensure the prospects of economic development in future,' N. Nazarbayev noted.
According to him, the current Forum may become the beginning for developing the Road Map program. In conclusion, the President invited the guests of the Forum to take part in the next one which planned for May 23-24, 2012 in Astana.
