N. Nazarbayev plans to write a book about qualities president should have

"The younger generation asks me what qualities a president should have. I am thinking about it. I want to write a book. The head of state, first of all, must have a very good education. The president must be able to make sense of  any situation," N. Nazarbayev said.

As the President said, Kazakhstan people must be fluent today in two or tree languages. Besides, it is vital to have life experience, to know the country's economic situation and people, their aspirations and wishes.
