ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Ministries should take competence on the adoption of delegated acts - different rules and procedures, this has been announced by President Nursultan Nazarbayev at a joint session of the both Houses of the Parliament.
President added that every minister will have all the necessary powers and will be responsible for taken decisions, Akorda Twitter account reads.
