ASTANA. August 26. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ President Nursultan Nazarbayev laid solid foundation of stability and development of independent Kazakhstan. Kazakh Secretary of State Kanat Saudabayev has made it public at an international scientific conference "The state and personality: 20 years of development of Kazakhstan on the way of progress."
"First of all, Nursultan Nazarbayev ensured peace and harmony in our multinational country," K.Saudabayev said.
He noted that at the dawn of independence a lot of well-known politicians gave a poor prognosis of Kazakhstan's development.
