N. Nazarbayev calls on foreign investors to become 'driving power' for modernization of Kazakhstan's economy

'Large companies, national companies and users of mineral resources are contributing to the development of the program on modernization. We call on foreign investors to become 'driving power' of this process, and domestic enterprises will follow,' the President said during the 24^th plenary sitting of the Foreign Investors Council (FIC) under the President of Kazakhstan.
