N.Nazarbayev and Hu Jintao begin talks in Astana

ASTANA. June 13. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ At the moment Presidents of Kazakhstan and People's Republic of China Nursultan Nazarbayev and Hu Jintao have started bilateral negotiations in a narrow format at Akorda.
"We have eagerly waited for your visit. It is a significant event for our people," N.Nazarbayev said.
The Head of State noted that Hu Jintao's visit to Kazakhstan is a historic one, because it is paid on the threshold of the 10th anniversary of the SCO and 20th anniversary of Kazakhstan's independence.
The Kazakh President expressed hope that following the results of the negotiations with the Chinese leader there will be adopted fundamental documents.
