N Kazakhstan to build oil crop processing plants

PETROPAVLOVSK. KAZINFORM "It is planned to build and put on-stream two oil crop processing plants in the North Kazakhstan region under the second five-year plan of the country's industrial and innovation program," head of the region Yerik Sultanov said.
"We have to use the innovations to the full. The second five-year plan contains more projects that the first one. It is necessary to encourage entrepreneurs. We have already agreed to build two processing plants in the region in an effort to create new workplaces, increase the gross regional product and increase people's welfare," he added.
