N Kazakhstan to brace for freezing temperatures

On February 13-14 a polar cyclone will bring a cold snap to North Kazakhstan, Kazinform News Agency cites Kazhydromet.
Air temperature will drop from 12-17 degrees Celsius as low as 33-38 degrees on February 14-16 across the region. In the city of Petropavlovsk mercury will read 33-35 degrees Celsius, it said in a statement.
