N.Bordyuzha reports to President Nazarbayev on 2014 CSTO results

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan's President Nursultan Nazarbayev has received the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Nikolai Bordyuzha in Akorda.
During the meeting Bordyuzha informed the President on the preparations for the next session of the Collective Security Council which will take place in Moscow.
The meeting also discussed the challenges and threats faced by all member-states of the organization. The Head of State pointed out that due to the rapidly changing situation in the region the CSTO may face new goals.
Nursultan Nazarbayev noted that amid withdrawal of coalition forces from Afghanistan and new threats posed by "Islamic state" the organization should control the situation, predict and work out proposals on taking necessary collective measures.
In turn, N.Bordyuzha told about 2014 CSTO results and reported on the work being done in the area of military cooperation.
