N. Aubakirov to chair Karaganda branch of Nur Otan

N.Aubakirov served as Akim of October and Kazybek bi districts of the region. In addition he was a Governor of the town of Balkhash. At the present time he serves as the Mayor of Karaganda city. He is an effective manager and talented organizer, said the member of the Political Bureau of the regional branch of Nur Otan Erkara Aimagambetova.
