Mutual investments protection agreement to be signed within Nazarbayev's visit to Estonia

ASTANA. February 15. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Agreement on mutual investments protection is planned to be signed within the upcoming visit of President Nursultan Nazarbayev to Estonia. Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications of Estonia Juhan Parts has made it public today after signing the Protocol of the second session of the Kazakh-Estonian Intergovernmental Commission on economic, scientific and technical cooperation held in the Kazakh Foreign Ministry.
Juhan Parts informed that N.Nazarbayev was expected to visit Estonia in April this year. The Minister also noted that the held session was successful and fruitful.
"We are interested in exchanging experience with Kazakhstan in the field of e-government development. The Protocol signed today provides legal basis for cooperation", he said.
According to him, the transport and transit sphere is one of the priority areas for cooperation between Kazakhstan and Estonia. Today many Kazakhstani companies use Estonian ports for goods supply to European markets.
Executive Secretary of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry Rapil Zhoshybayev signed the Protocol Form the Kazakh side.
