Dear brothers and sisters, the citizens of Kazakhstan!

Let me cordially congratulate you on Holy Easter! I welcome you with never-dying words - Christ is risen!

On this day it is quite pleasant to know that Holy Easter is widely celebrated on the Kazakh land. Celebration of this holiday familiarizes people with the spiritual roots and cultural heritage of Christianity. Indeed, the multi-ethnic Kazakhstan today is a country where good traditions of mutual respect and accord, religious tolerance and friendship live. I am also glad that year by year the number of people striving to know spiritual values and the truth of the Holy Scriptures grows. This became possible due to tolerance and wisdom of Kazakhstan people and consistent policy of Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev aimed at strengthening fruitful dialogue between religions and the state.

Dear brothers and sisters, citizens of Kazakhstan, I urge you to work hard on your spiritual rebirth, spreading love for Christ and strengthening peace and stability in the society, raising welfare and prosperity of our Kazakhstan.
