Most talented young pianists to vie for Astana Piano Passion top prize

120 applications from 23 countries of the world, namely Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia, Japan, China, Uzbekistan, Georgia, the U.S., Albania, Australia, Canada, Vietnam, Italy, Serbia, South Korea, Germany, Romania, Denmark, Switzerland, Belarus, Portugal, Spain and Kyrgyzstan, were submitted. Russian award-winning classical pianist Denis Matsuev will traditionally serve as jury president.
