Moscow reports officially 14 new flu-infected people

MOSCOW. August 6. KAZINFORM. Some 34 new flu-infected people are registered officially in the Russian capital, Moscow senior sanitary official Irina Lybkina told a press conference on Thursday; Kazinform refers to Itar-Tass.
"Some 34 cases of a new flu strain were officially registered and diagnosed by all methods in Moscow," she said.
"A third of flu-infected people are children aged from 3 to 17 years," Lybkina added. "They were spending vacations in the countries, where highly pathogenic flu cases are reported. Most of them came from Great Britain, the others from Vietnam, Turkey, Cyprus and other countries," the sanitary official said; Kazinform cites Itar-Tass.
