More than 300 firearms destroyed in Uralsk

Among the weapons destroyed there are 284 smoothbore hunting rifles, 8 shotguns, 9 units of air gun, 3 traumatic pistols, 33 gas pistols, and 5 units of home-made weapons. 10 weapons were also destroyed seized as evidence.

The action on voluntary surrender of illegally held weapons started in September this year, and it will end on December 1. Until now the region administration paid KZT 8.5 million (tenge) for the weapons brought by citizens.
