Monster winds rip off buildings’ roofs across Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Strong winds rip off buildings' roofs in Pavlodar, Almaty, East Kazakhstan and Karaganda regions of the country, according to the website of the Emergency Ministry.
Gusts of wind up to 28 m/s were so powerful they tore the roofs of some buildings across the country. No casualties were reported. Reconstruction works are underway.
