Mongolia confirmed its participation in EXPO-2017 (PHOTO)

ULAN-BATOR. KAZINFORM - Mongolia confirmed its participation in the EXPO-2017, it was informed during the talks between First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Commissioner of the EXPO-2017 Rapil Zhoshybayev and Mongolian top officials within the visit of First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev to Mongolia.

"We have high expectations regarding the upcoming EXPO in Astana. Kazakhstan offers very favorable conditions to us. Mongolia will definitely participate in the EXPO," the Secretary General of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Mongolia told during the talks with the Kazakh diplomat.

The Secretary of State of Mongolian Ministry of Industry in the conversation with R. Zhoshybayev noted that Ulan Bator exerted a lot of efforts for development of alternative energy.

"In this regard it is very important for us to participate in the EXPO-2017, which is going to be held under the motor "Energy of Future", he stressed.

During the visit to Mongolia the delegation from Kazakhstan held numerous photo and video presentations of the EXPO center, told about the construction process, prospects of using the infrastructure of the center and provided all the details about the Astana EXPO.

As earlier reported, 26 countries have confirmed their participation in the event.
