Minsk to host first youth opera art forum of CIS, Baltic states, Georgia

Sixteen soloists will perform primary arias in performances of the Bolshoi Theater. For six days professional tutors and coaches of the French and Italian languages will work with the artists. Laureates of international contests, participants of prestigious music festivals, soloists of the top theaters of CIS and non-CIS states will convene in the Belarusian capital to get familiar and work with experienced conductors.
The Director of the Bolshoi Theater said the best participants of the Minsk forum will be offered jobs in the theater. "The event is a continuation of our cooperation with colleagues from other countries and will be another step on the way towards integration into the international theater community," he said.
The event will be held with assistance of the CIS Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation.
