Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan to send rescuers for disaster relief in Kazakh village of Kokpekty

BISHKEK. KAZINFORM - The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan is ready to send search and rescue teams to village of Kokpekty in Karaganda region, Kazakhstan to eliminate the consequences of the reservoir dam failure and flooding.
Acting Minister of Emergency Situations Kubatbek Boronov expressed condolences to Minister of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan Vladimir Bozhko in connection with the disaster that has taken lives of 5 people, according to AKI Press.
"On behalf of the Ministry and myself, I would like to express sincere condolences to the families of the victims of flood," said Boronov.
