Minister surveyed construction of Western Europe-Western China roadway

SHYMKENT. March 13. KAZINFORM Kazakh Minister of Transport and Communications Askar Zhumagaliyev visited South Kazakhstan region. During his working trip he surveyed facilities of transport and communications sector and signed action plan for its development.
A. Zhumagaliyev surveyed the construction of "Western Europe -Western China" transit corridor. Total length of sections under reconstruction in South Kazakhstan region is 448 km.
It is planed to elaborate regional programs for the development of passenger transport, bus stations, taxi services organization.
Also the Kazakh Minister of Transport and Communication visited Public Service Centers and stressde the need to further improvement of their work.
"The Minister tasked the Automobile Road Committee to permanently monitor potentially dangerous areas, and promptly take actions to prevent destruction of roads," the Ministry's press service said.
