Minister of Tourism and Sport asks for additional KZT 18 bln for Asian Winter Games financing

ANA. January 19. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Minister of Tourism and Sport Temirkhan Dosmukhambetov asked the Government to allocate additional funds to the amount of KZT 18 bln for financing the Asian Winter Games.
According to him KZT 28 bln are needed for holding the Games. KZT 15 bln out of them only were approved to date.
"In this view let me address you with a claim to support the Ministry and allocate additional funds while specifying the 2011 budget", the Minister said addressing the PM at the enlarged meeting of the board of the Ministry of Tourism and Sport in Astana today.
