Mini-HPP worth KZT 260 mln commissioned in S Kazakhstan

SHYMKENT. KAZINFORM A mini hydro power plant worth KZT 260 mln was put on-stream in the Saryagash district of South Kazakhstan under the Business Roadmap 2020 program.
It will generate up to 600 kW per hour to provide locals with electric power and increase irrigated areas. Besides, three more new hydroelectric stations will be built in the district soon.
