Miguel Cotto: I have nothing to prove to Golovkin or Canelo

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - WBC middleweight champion Miguel Cotto (39-4, 32KO) says he has already made a name for himself and has nothing to prove to anyone, Vesti.kz reports.
"Canelo and GGG just have to enjoy their time off. I'm going to go to work on June 6. I have nothing to prove to them. My career is already made," the Puerto Rican boxer told Boxingscene.com. Cotto will face Aussie Daniel Geale next Saturday at Barclays Center in Brooklyn and if he defeats Geale he has two options. WBA undefeated middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin is the mandatory challenger and most likely opponent is Mexican boxer Saul ‘Canelo' Alvarez.
