Memo on cooperation and social support of youth signed in Almaty

The document was signed to realize instructions of the Kazakh Government. Mayor of Alamaly district Marat Prinbekov informed of socio-economic support of students provided by the local executive authorities and explained the purposes of the Memo, the main one of which is social and civil development of the youth. As it was noted at the meeting, because of the crisis many students can not pay for their education, in this regard the Government renders assistance.
