Meeting on further development of capital to be held today in Astana

As was earlier reported, the President visited several road reconstruction sites, modernized infrastructure of the water supply system in the city on the eve of the meeting.

The President got familiarized with the pace of reconstruction of Pobeda Avenue, road construction and reconstruction process on Tlendiyev Str. He also visited the Palace of Creativity of Students in Astana which is under construction now and got familiarized with the pace of building of the 'Zheruiyk' Park.

'Tomorrow, we will consider all the issues regarding the city development and set new tasks. The most important part and request to the citizens of Astana is to take care of what we build and create for our children. Teach them culture, teach them not to litter in the streets and keep our city clean. We all need to keep what we have, keep sports facilities we have built, take care of a tree you have in your yard. You need to be a master of your city that you live in. Because the city will serve generations for decades. These generations will remember what we have done for them looking at our beautiful city,' N. Nazarbayev added.
