Media: Syrian opposition to hold talks in Riyadh on February 23

ANKARA. KAZINFORM - The Syrian opposition will hold talks in Riyadh on Tuesday, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu told Reuters on Monday.
Cavusoglu said the Syrian opposition which on Saturday agreed with the possibility of temporary ceasefire will hold a meeting in Riyadh on Tuesday.
