Mazhilis to consider several amendments to legislation at plenary session tomorrow

ASTANA. October 13. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Tomorrow Mazhilis of the Kazakh Parliament will consider the draft Law "On amendments to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan on counter-terrorism" at the plenary session; the press-service of the Chamber said.
Several draft laws as "On ratification of the loan between Kazakhstan and Asian Development Bank under Anti-Recessionary Support Program for Asian Development Bank member-states"; "On amendments to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan on simplification of the state registration for legal bodies and record registration of affiliates and regional offices" will be also in the agenda of the session.
The mazhilismen will consider amendments introduced by the Senate to such draft laws as "On forensic-expert activity in Kazakhstan", "On amendments to some legislative acts to Crimibnal Procedure Code of Kazakhstan on simplification of pre-trial procedure".
