Mass sprint devoted to Day of Sport held in Almaty

ALMATY. August 14. KAZINFORM /Yelena Ilinskaya/ A mass sprint devoted to the Day of Sport has been held in Almaty today. The organizers of the sprint are the Akimat of Medeu district of Almaty and the Almaty Club of Marathoners.
All comers took part in the sprint. These are the representatives of all levels of the society including school students, pensioners, businessmen, public servants, veterans of sport. Honorary participant of the sprint Olympic Champion Olga Shishigina said that such campaigns promoted physical culture and sport as well as united all Kazakhstani people.
