Mangystau region ranks first in Kazakhstan as per birthrate

ASTANA. November 15. KAZINFORM - Mangystau region ranks first in Kazakhstan in terms of fertility. This has been stated today in Astana at a press conference in the office of the Central Communications Service by the akim of the region Alik Aidarbayev.
According to him, the population in the area is growing. Today there are more than half a million people.
"Every day 50 children are born in hospitals of Magystau. In terms of fertility the region ranks first in the country", said A.Aidarbayev.
In addition, the mayor added that there was an increase in internal migration.
