Man throws construction waste out of seventh floor window

ASTANA. KAZINFORM A native of Aktau was fined for throwing construction debris from the seventh floor, Lada.kz reports. One of the internet users captured flying building boards and doors out of the window.
The owner has not instantly acknowledged himself in the wrong. The man is to pay now a KZT 37,000 fine. As earlier reported, a man threw a kinescope of a TV set from the eighth floor in the city of Aktau striking a little boy in his head.
