Man survives lighting strike in E Kazakhstan region

UST KAMENOGORSK. July 11. KAZINFORM A town of Ridder in East Kazakhstan region has witnessed a miracle - a man survived after being struck by lighting.
The worker of the West Altay state natural park was examining the territory of the natural park on a horseback when the lighting stroke the horse. The animal died right at the scene while the man got thermal burns. He has been hospitalized and the doctors say he is in moderately grave condition.
The Emergencies Department of East Kazakhstan region considers the case to be unique because a man rarely survives after being struck by lighting.
