Man ordered to pay about USD 1200 for swearing at Astana airport

ASTANA. April 30. KAZINFORM - At the international airport of Astana the police detained Ryskaliyev MT, who, in a state of intoxication, particularly boldly violated the public order and peace of passengers expressing himself in strong language.
When trying to arrest him the transport police officers of the airport being on duty were publicly insulted by Mr. Ryskaliyev.
"By decision of the district court 2 at the Esilsky district of Astana M.Ryskaliev has been convicted of an offense under Part 1 of Art. 320 of the Criminal Code and sentenced to a fine of 100 MCI (about USD 1 200). The court judgment became final, without appeal and the appeal against, " reports the press service of Air Transport Prosecutor's Office of Astana.
